Sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) is an emerging fuel that will be produced from plant-based feedstocks and will significantly lower the carbon footprint of the aviation sector. How cool is that?
At the moment, there isn’t a whole lot of SAF being produced in Canada, but there are companies in Atlantic Canada like Braya Renewable Fuels and plenty more that are investing in this type of clean fuel. Investing means research, project developments, and jobs!
